N.C. Supreme Court: GrailCoat Must Honor SuperFlex Warranty
Whitfield Bryson & Mason LLP represented the plaintiffs in the case, in which the North Carolina Supreme Court overturned previous rulings and ruled that the maker of a home-siding finish must honor its full 20-year warranty. Berman & Wright provided services to investigate the cladding performance on the residence and found that the cladding was not protecting the structure from the weather.
