Congratulations to the Johnson Family

Before Renovation

Norristown, P.A. – Berman & Wright has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County for the third time.

The 1890’s brick twin row home was in need of major structural work, especially the roof,  HVAC and plumbing upgrades, interior finishes and fixtures as well as repainting and cleaning exterior brick. Berman & Wright redesigned the spaces to provide a higher-end aesthetic to the interior of the home, establish a separate living room and dining room, which included tray ceilings to conceal new plumbing and duct-work, and functional expansion to the rear of the building. The upper floors have four bedrooms with ample closets, and still allow for an enlarged bathroom and a second floor laundry room.

Brian Johnson and his three children, who are all honor roll students, are the new residents. Brian, a Navy veteran, is currently an electronics assembly technician and is looking forward to finishing a his degree in Accounting & Business Administration.

Congratulations to the Johnson Family and all involved!
