Project
Millennium Condominium project consisting of a 10-story residential building constructed over a 3-story parking garage. Construction began in 1999. The presence of microbial growth resulted in full evacuation and subsequent remediation of the facilities in 2003.
Services
Berman & Wright’s services included site investigations of conditions and analysis of project documents, reports by others, building codes, and depositions. Berman & Wright services were retained to provide expert opinions regarding water intrusion issues. Building construction deficiencies, and plumbing installation deficiencies.
