Project
The community consists of 13 townhome units, constructed in two separate buildings, facing a common drive with commercial space at the front ground floor locations. Enclosed parking and main entries are at the ground floor, with living areas on the second and third floors. There are small cantilevered decks at the second floor, and roof top decks at the fourth floor. The buildings are constructed of prefabricated wood panels and wood trusses. Exterior cladding is panel cladding and brick veneer with vinyl windows throughout.
Services
Berman & Wright was contracted to provide a thorough review of discovery documents, expert reports, and construction drawings. A final report was then issued, documenting discrepancies in previous reports by others and providing expert conclusions regarding the construction delays and deficiencies.
