Fox Hills at Rockaway is a gated, active adult community consisting of 672 luxury condominium units. The community amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor and indoor heated pools, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts and an exercise facility.

Berman & Wright served as a Capital Reserve Analysis expert for litigation support in a lawsuit filed by the Homeowners Association against the engineering consultant company that performed the reserve analyses for the public offering statements of the various project phases.
Through analysis of the construction documents available at the time of original construction, Berman & Wright was able to accurately determine the common element finances required to allow proper funding for the maintenance and upkeep within the Fox Hill at Rockaway community.
