Project
The project is a four-story twenty-four condominium-unit building. Berman & Wright found evidence that the condominiums were not constructed in accordance with current building codes and in a good workmanlike manner overall. Berman & Wright also submitted to the management company of Brooklyn House a list of items that had to be repaired for the residents in this revitalized section of the city.

Berman & Wright performed an independent analysis of the numerous impacts on the project. Berman & Wright provided an analysis of construction deficiencies on site, performed window testing, conducted project record review, litigation support assessment of liability and entitlement regarding numerous design and construction issues, and an assessment of the final project value and damages.
